Inspiration
“Chatak” is considered to be a lucky bird. This bird heralds the onset of the monsoon in India.
Being an agricultural economy, the rainy season is considered one of the most auspicious seasons
in the country. And so, the Chatak bird in North and Central India is a welcome sight. The inspiration behind the name stems from Chatak a friend to the farmer, what we as a company endeavour to be.
Founder - Prateek Patil
Chatak was founded in June 2021 with the vision of providing farmers with timely and efficient drone spraying services. We recognized that the lack of available labor, excessive water usage, and improper spraying techniques in traditional methods often led to poor results in agriculture. Our mission was to educate farmers and equip them with modern technology, turning these tools into trusted allies that help them overcome challenges and achieve the best outcomes on their farms with greater ease.
